Kenny Addison, Regional Manager – New Zealand
Kenny has recently joined the ELMO team as our first full time employee to be based in New Zealand. Originally from Scotland, Kenny and his family have lived in New Zealand for almost 9 years.
Bringing a wealth of experience from Learning & Development and Financial Services, Kenny works with decision makers and senior management to deliver strategic HR solutions that are suited to automating and quantifying data in their organisations.
By understanding the client’s specific needs, Kenny works to ensure that the most appropriate elements of the Elmo Talent Management platform are selected, implemented and integrated to optimise an organisation’s strategic HR success.
Danny Lessem, Chief Executive Officer
Technology executive and entrepreneur with over 15 years’ experience in leading Software as a Service (SaaS) companies.
Prior to ELMO, Danny was CEO at Compu Technologies, where he oversaw the transition of the company’s primary business from digital agency to eLearning content provider.
Danny holds BA & LLB qualifications from the University of Witwatersrand, South Africa. He is based in Sydney, Australia.
Gordon Starkey, General Manager Sales and Marketing
Gordon has dual responsibilities as the COO and Sales & Marketing Director within the business.
With extensive experience across enterprise SaaS solutions including general management, business development, product design, financial management, and strategy, he drives strategic direction and partnership alignment.
Gordon holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (Hons) and a Bachelor of Psychology from Macquarie University. He is based in Sydney, Australia.
Trevor Lonstein, Chief Financial Officer
Trevor is a chartered accountant with more than 20 years’ experience in senior Finance positions and leading IT projects with Deloitte and Allens Arthur Robinson. He has also owned and run a printing and signage company in Sydney.
Trevor has overseen the implementation of a multicurrency financial and accounting system and the implementation of a full Accounting and HR system.
Trevor holds a Bachelor of Commerce, Accounting and Finance from the University of South Africa. He is based in Sydney, Australia.
Monica Watt, Head of People and Culture
Monica guides and manages the overall provision of ELMO Talent Human Resources services, policies, and programs.
She has worked across Australia and internationally and has a broad range of HR experience in L&OD, ER, policy development, performance management, recruitment and staffing activities.
Monica is Sydney based, and holds a BComm: Human Resources, a Grad Cert and Grad Dip in Management, and is currently working towards a MBA: Human Resources.
Samuel Sun, Chief Technology Officer
Samuel has more than 10 years’ experience in information technology roles within the Enterprise SaaS space.
As CTO at ELMO, Samuel is responsible for setting the overall direction for technology in the organisation and he manages the strategy, architecture, engineering, design, governance and information security functions for the company.
Samuel hold a Masters in Information Technology from the University of NSW. He is based in Sydney, Australia.
